With free look in cars installed you can look all around as if you are twisting to look out the back of the car! In The Long Dark you cannot do this, whether it’s to add tension or difficulty I don’t know but until now it’s always bugged me. Some people still back up their cars by doing exactly that, Old school, not with the rear-view mirror or camera.
In real life you are able to twist around in the front seat to look out the rear windows of the car. WolfMarius also improves being stuck inside a car or truck with another mod called Free Look In Cars.

There’s plenty of food in The Long Dark but after over 800 hours one can get very tired of the same few food items over and over. Unlike last time where the mod changed the night sky for the better which is a rather major and obvious change these aren’t quite as world shattering if you will.
